We want to be able to start serving food no later than 10 AM. That may sound crazy - but the game starts at 12:30 PM.
The Wells will be helping Chet and Bonnie get the meat ready at the Saxon Woods house.

Are we cleaning the bar again this year?
For this game, they are cleaning the night before. Our job is to notice anything that didn’t get done or doesn’t look good and fix it.

The Wells Crew will be heading over to the Boyds to help cut/transport meat. Let us know what time we should be there!

We are doing good, but we need more people to go ahead and take time slots. We have some people out of town this weekend, so if you are in town, we need you.

The Amos crew can be there as soon as we see off my parents. They are stopping thru on Friday night on their way to Alabama. We’ll be doing breakfast, probably downtown, so we can come on over when we’re done. We can stay as long as we’re needed. Good times
I plan on helping from about 11:30am to about 2 or 3. It doesn’t really fit into a time slot, but I hope it helps. See you guys then!
Also, I told my students that I’d give them extra credit if they swung by the cookout and ordered something in French!!! They were really excited about it, and I’m hoping they make their parents and friends tag along to order some food!
Ben will be there I am just not sure what time yet. Probably count on him during the morning time slot.
